SectionT-Factory is the combined ruins of a Fujien style tea factory and a rice factory. A neighboring ruined modern factory was also occupied for a storage and workshop.
The ruin was used for C-Laboratory / Tamkang University Department of Architecture as a design-build location and as a research base for Ultra Ruin -methodology.
Marco Casagrande and Nikita Wu lived in the ruin 2007-2008. The landlord was Mr. Lee. R.I.P. The solid base of the ruin-thinking is here.
